The seller of the goods offered in this online shop is AZGrad, SIA, reg.no. 40103636336, location: Latvia, e-mail: info@zzkbirds.com, phone number: +371 299 058 20, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, who makes a purchase in the online shop zzkbirds.com. By placing an order in the online shop, you confirm that you have read the Distance Contract and agree to its terms.

1. Ordering, delivery and payment arrangements

1.1. The Buyer shall place an order through this website zzkbirds.com, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment for the goods, the delivery time to be agreed with the Buyer. The Buyer has the possibility to pay for the goods using the payment tools embedded in the online shop.

2. Right of withdrawal

2.1. Based on Section 12(1) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Buyer shall send the form of the withdrawal letter to the Seller by e-mail info@zzkbirds.com upon request.
2.2. The Goods must not be damaged, have any unwanted odours (cigarette, deodorant, perfume) or stains. We therefore ask that you do not wear the garment on bare flesh and that you use special bra and panty liners.
2.3. In the event of return of the Goods, the Buyer shall bear all transport costs for returning the Goods to the Supplier. If the Buyer exercises the right of return due to a defect in the goods, all transport costs shall be borne by the Seller. The Seller shall not reimburse the costs of import duties and taxes at the time of receipt of the shipment in the event of return.
2.4. If the Buyer has fulfilled all conditions, the Seller shall transfer the order amount to the account specified in your return form within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
2.5. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 working days of the date of the cancellation letter. Any costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
2.6. The Consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee in the event that the goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow instructions during use, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods is substantially damaged.

3. Price of the goods

3.1. All prices in the zzkbirds.com online shop are exclusive of VAT, as the company is not VAT registered.
3.2. The price on the Site is exclusive of delivery costs.

3.4. In the event that an order is delivered outside the EU, the customs authorities of the Buyer's country may require payment of customs duties and taxes, depending on the legislation of the Buyer's country. These customs duties and taxes shall be borne by the Buyer upon receipt of the order.

4. Delivery of the Goods and Delivery Times

4.1. The costs and types of delivery shall be as set out in the "Delivery" section at the time the order is placed.
4.2. Delivery shall take place in the countries specified in the list of countries at the time the order is placed. In the event that a country is not on the list, delivery shall not be made to that country.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the order no later than 3 days after receipt of payment for the order.
4.4. In the event that the Seller is unable to fulfil the terms of this contract, this shall mean that the goods are unavailable for whatever reason. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer immediately and to refund the money paid, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
4.5. The time for receipt of the Goods shall depend on the Buyer's timely payment, the country and address of delivery, the work of the postal service delivering this order and shall not depend directly on the Seller.

5. Data processing

5.1. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him will be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
5.2. By entering information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided.
